FS#316 - start screen: tap two buttons at same time = two events are triggered at the same time

test version: 0.19(19)
test devices: iPadMini2_iOS10.2.1, iPadAir2_iOS10.2

Situation: start screen: I tap two buttons at the same (here are some different situations):
1. tap both mission buttons ‘fire truck’ and ‘helicopter’ at the same time → SC22
2. tap one of the mission buttons and ‘start’ button at same time → SC23
3. tap the ‘more apps’ button and ‘start’ button at same time → SC24

Problems: two events are triggered at the same time:
1. both missions are running at the same time, as a following bug the last mission is not reseted when I restart a mission → SC25
2. mission truck or helicopter is playing ingame → SC26 + SC27 (as a following bug the last mission is not reseted when I restart a mission)
3. the gating popup appears ingame → SC28

Note: there are more variations for that bug but I guess one fix should solve them all
