FS#386 - screen IAP: tap purchase button = button not highlighted by tap

test version: 0.40(40)
test devices: iPadAir2_iOS10.2, iPadMini2_iOS10.2.1, iPadAir1_iOS10.3.1, iPhone6s_iOS10.3.1

Situation: screen IAP: I tap the purchase button

Problem: the purchase button is not highlighted by tap as used for the restore button → SC100

Note: it’s always nice for users to have a tapping feedback
