FS#1093 - LittleFox - device language DE: install and launch app = language DE is not set up automatically

test version: 4.5(46)
test devices: iPhone5c_iOS10.1.1, iPadMini2_iOS10.3.3

Situation: device language is DE: I install and launch the app

Problem: device language DE is not set up automatically, language EN is set up by default → SC54

Note: it affects only the game settings: the permission popup supports language DE, also the app icon (it shows the name ‘Kleiner Fuchs’)
