FS#926 - collection screen: receive badge = badge is already visible, disappears and re-appears again

Situation: I collect all required items of a room and the collection screen appears
Problem: sometimes the received badge is already visible when the collection screen appears: it appears, disappears and re-appears again (e.g. scene x-ray - bronze badge). Sometimes it also happens that more than one badge appears: all three badges appear, disappear and only the received one appears again (e.g. scene kitchen - bronze badge)
