FS#1397 - purchase value pack > enter start screen x times = purchase banner appears

test version: 1.56(156)
test devices: iPad3_iOS9.3.5, iPadMini2_iOS10.3.3, iPadAir1_iOS11.1.2

Situation: I purchase the value pack. Now I enter the start screen x times

Problem: the purchase banner still apears although all packs have been purchased → SC27 + SC28
