FS#1435 - settings: turn sound off > reset game = music is muted (sfx are playing)

test devices: iPadAir1_11.1.2, iPad6_iOS11.4.1

Situation: I turn the sound off and reset the game. Now I play the tutorial and return to the firestation

Problem: the music is muted although the sound button is in state ON (the sound effects are playing) → SC06. The issue gets solved when I turn the sound off and on again
