FS#2883 - IAP - purchase screen: missing error msg when triggering purchase in offline mode

test devices: iPadMini4_iOS11.4.1, iPadAir1_iOS12.5.2, iPadAir2_iOS13.7, iPadMini5_iOS14.4.2
Situation:
1. go to home screen
2. put device to offline mode
3. trigger IAP by tapping any locked world
Problem: there is no error message ‘check your internet connection’ for this case
