FS#4174 - [support] LittleHospital-android: no sound in game(?)

affected devices: realme C53 (SDK 33), Samsung Galaxy A13 (SDK 34)
app version : 1.70

Problem: two users are complaning about a missing sound in the game (I'm not able to reproduce it with any of my test devices):

I paid for the game, but there is no sound in the game.
