FS#4185 - app launch: app is stuck in home screen

store version: 1.64
test devices: H3113-android9, I4113-android10, A217F-android11, A137F-android12, SM-G991B-android13, SM-A156B-android14

1. install + lauch app
2. splash movie is playing > home screen appears

BUG: the app is stuck in this state. Sound and animations are playing but it doesn't repsonse on tapping → logcat

Notes:
- wrong app language JA is shown up in the home screen although EN is set up as device language (JA never was used before as it is a brand new device) → SC01
