FS#4229 - free user: no ads loaded from server/only preloaded f&s ads are playing

test version: 1.90.11
test device: SM-A156B-android14

1. fresh install
2. finish wo01-lvl05 > paywall is shown up / ads are disabled from this point on
3. start lvl06
4. wait for time out > ad video is playing

BUG: currently, there are no ads downloading from server. Only preloaded ads from fox&sheep are playing (NightyNightForrest and DinoTrux) > logcat
