FS#1924 - new payment screen: go offline > tap purchase button > close error msg = restore button is removed

test version: 1.16
test devices: iPadMini2_iOS10.3.3, iPadPro10.5_iOS11.4, iPadPro11_iOS12.1

Situation: new payment screen: the device is offline and I trigger the error message by the purchase button. Now I close the error message

Problem: the restore button gets removed by this action → SC279

Note: it’s the same issue as for the paywall:
