FS#285 - DinoTrux-android: issue permission prompt

test version: 30(20170328121808)
affected devices: SM-G935f-os6.0.1, Nexus6-os7.0

Situation01 - SM-G935f:
I install and launch the app and *deny* the permission prompt (read_write_external_storage) → SC01
Problem01:
an error message appears: ‘your device does not match hardware requirements of this application’ → SC02
Expected:
the info text should appear → SC03
Note:
it’s a permanent issue that happens every time by permission deny but the app is working well for this device

Situation02 - nexus6:
I install and launch the app and *allow* the permission prompt
Problem02:
an error message appeared ‘your device does not match hardware requirements of this application’. The error message appeared by every app launch again. As a result the app must be re-installed
Note:
that issue ocurred once only by permission allow in version30 but the app is working well for this device
