FS#3259 - [support] NNC - Apple TV 4k: narration don't play/language selection don't work/black screen bug

affected device: Apple TV 4K (1st generation) - 32 GB - A1842

Problem: Hi, I’m trying to use the auto play functionality on my Apple TV and the narration is not playing. When I go to the language selection, I am unable to select anything. I plan to use this with my disabled daughter as the wind down to bedtime and need the auto play and narration. How do I get the narration to work?

EDIT - 12.05.23: this time a black screen appears for one user:
Hi, I’ve bought the Apple TV version of Nighty Nighty Circus, and open launch it’s only showing a black view, with no sound. I’ve got the latest Apple TV 4K and the latest tvOS. Thanks
