FS#362 - mission: tap and hold burning house and move finger to the left = can't move water stream up or down

test version: 0.30(30)
test device: iPadMini2_iOS10.2.1, iPadAir2_iOS10.3.1, iPhone6s_iOS10.3.1

Situation: mission helicopter: I tap and hold the burning house or burning tree and the water stream is running. Now I drag the finger to the left behind that object and move it up or down

Problem: the water stream stuck, it can’t be moved up or down in that position. It occurs for following objects: take a look at screenshots
