test devices: iPad3_iOS9.3.5 iPadMini2_iOS10.2.1, iPadAir1_iOS10.3.1

Situation: mission firetruck: I tap and hold the screen and the water stream is running. Now I move my finger again and again up and down and to the right in a fast way

Problem: the nozzle gets offset suddenly and stuck in that position → SC94

Note: that bug is similar to problem03 of #392:
