FS#482 - tutorial: start and stop recording = help animation 'effect menu' points at home button

test device: iPadAir2_iOS10.2

Situation: screen record - tutorial:
- I start and pause the recording before help animation ‘effect menu’ appears
- I start the recording and wait till the help animation ‘effect menu’ appears. Now I pause the recording

Problem: the help animation is still present and is pointing at the home button → SC77
