FS#617 - dance selection: activate camera > go to music selection and return = arrow buttons are missing

test devices: iPadAir2_iOS10.2, iPadMini2_iOS10.3.3

Situation: dance selection: I activate the camera. Now I go back to the music selection and return to the dance selection

Problems:
- the arrow buttons to switch the background are missing → SC232
- the camera doesn’t get activated by first tap when I tap the camera button: The arrow buttons appear by first tap and the camera background by second tap
