FS#1211 - patrol/car chase: vehicle sounds are not finalized
test version: 0.34
Problem: the sounds of all vehicles are not finalized, they are still using dummy sounds (it’s the truck sound from firestation/hospital)

police station - bike, segway, motorbike: vehicle drives off = the truck sound is playing when one of these vehicles drives off
patrol/car chase - bike, segway, motorbike: an engine idle sound is playing permanently for these vehicles
