FS#309 - fire truck: don't speed up truck (just let it drive) = truck doesn't stand still (moves up or down)

test version: 0.18(18)
test devices: iPhone4s_iOS9.3.5, iPod5_iOS9.3.5, iPhone5c_10.1.1, iPadMini1_iOS8.1.3, iPad2_iOS9.3.5, iPad3_iOS9.3.5

Situation: the mission fire truck begins and I just let the truck drive (means: I don’t speed it up). Now I wait a moment and do not any action when it has arrived

Problem: the truck doesn’t stand still when it has arrived. It moves slowly up or down and the assets get brocken → SC09 - SC11

Note: it doesn’t happen when I speed up the truck before
