FS#3149 - android - intro cutscene gets frozen for one device type (H3113-os9)
test version: 1.86.01
affected device: H3113-os9 (50.2.A.3.77)
1. fresh install
2. launch app > home screen is shown
3. start game > intro cutscene is playing
BUG: the movie gets frozen at a certain point when the particles are blast off (it’s no block, the audio is still playing and the game can be played properly when the movie has finished) → mov01 + logcat
Notes:
- it happens only to my android9 device
- it didn’t happen to previous build 1.86
- it happens regardless off the google play account (old and fresh)
- it happens for online and offline mode

Update: I found out that the movie continues properly when the app returned from the background. Maybe you can find some more details with this logcat
Here is a logcat taken from v1.86.02 (the same that I have send to you via Slack). The freeze occurs after 37,8 to 38,5 after tapping the play button on the home screen

Update: it's not fixed:
- now the freeze occurs already after 9,00 to 9,80 seconds after tapping the play button on the home screen
- the freeze can't be solved anymore when the app is coming back from the background
- the latest change doesn't affect any other test device
