FS#977 - pharmacy, waiting room, cafeteria, entrance: tap background characters = missing sound

Situation: I tap the background characters in all scenes

Problem: the sound is missing for following background characters (SC85):
- pharmacy: saleswoman
- waiting room: patients
- cafeteria: guest
- entrance: wheelchair user

Update: scene floristic: the same issue is present for the saleswoman → SC86
